Please note that deposits can only be accepted once event dates have been confirmed with the booking coordinator. To secure your reservation, kindly ensure that all details are finalized before submitting any payment. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. Following the event, the reservation is non-refundable.
